Gunther oversees every care package we deliver, ensuring each plan meets the highest clinical and safeguarding standards, from first assessment to ongoing review. Gunther is a registered mental health nurse by profession, with extensive experience in dementia and complex care including catheter care, bowel management, enteral feeding, airway management, and wound management. Gunther manages regulatory compliance; day-to-day operations; patient centred care-planning; staff management and leadership; rostering and service continuity; safeguarding and risk management and quality assurance.
